How do I know when Zobmob have delivered my order?

  1. An SMS text message with a unique number will be sent to your cell phone as a receipt for your order
  2. Cellphone content will also be sent to your phone.
 

Monophonic Ringtones and Picture Messages

A message will be displayed on the phone screen saying "1 new message". You can either save this directly to your phone (press options > save). To activate your new ringtone or picture message, locate the profiles or options menu on your phone and select your new ringtone or picture message.

Please Note: On some phones it is only possible to store one ringtone or picture message - see your user guide. On these handsets, if you download a new ringtone it will replace any that you have previously downloaded.

A text message will appear on your cell phone "1 service message received" in your Service Inbox.
Select the message and retrieve your content by connecting to the Internet... Wait for the retrieval to finish and REMEMBER to SAVE the content.

I have not received my Order?

We are sorry if you have not received your order within your expectations. However, this may be due to delays on the SMS network, which are beyond our control. There could be other delays, caused by delays on our system or you entering the incorrect cell number or network. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours from the time of ordering before contacting us. Typically, delivery is only a few minutes. You can contact us by clicking here for Support or select Help (top right of the screen).
 

I don't have enough Zobs

You can check the Zobs you have in your account by clicking on the YOUR ACCOUNT button on the bottom of the screen. You will see two types of Zobs at the bottom of the screen
  • Promotional Zobs : These Zobs are collected when entering a promotion area and can be redeemed against cell phone content items that are marked with the (Zob Face). All other items in the promotional area have to be purchased by Zobs.
  • Zobs : Zobs can be purchased by clicking on the BUY ZOBS button.

Zobclub Cellphone Content Explained

By ordering an item of content from a print media publication you will become a Zobclub member of www.zobmob.com, you have access to 4 items of content. Your first item will be delivered to your cellphone with instructions on how to access your other 3 content items via www.zobmob.com's main menu [my account]. For information on how to spend the Zob credits in your account go to First Time User on the Help menu.
